Mr. Zhong graduated from East China University of Politics and Law in 1999 and was admitted to the China Bar in 2000. He worked as a counsel in national and multinational companies before he joined our law office. Therefore, he has extensive experience in corporate related matters and his areas of expertise include corporate governance, foreign direct investment, real estate and international trade.
